We had an early start to the morning as we headed toward the island of Skye off the west coast of Scotland. Our first stop was at the infamous Loch Ness.

We stopped for lunch at Eilean Donan Castle-what a view!
We finally made it over to the Isle of Skye where we visited the Clan MacDonald Heritage Center. It was very informative, and the grounds were gorgeous!
Finished the day with a swim at the hotel, and are enjoying the sight of Loch Leven and the mountians from our hotel in Ballachulish.
